Biography:

Rachel Keirouz is a supervised clinical psychologist who offers psychological therapy (CBT) for children, adolescents, and adults who suffer from internal or external difficulties, and who might be dealing with anxiety, depression, suicidal behaviors, PTSD, mood disorders, low self-esteem, aggression, and others.

With extensive experience accompanying children, teenagers, young adults, and adults from different backgrounds and nationalities, Rachel believes in creating a safe and non-judgmental environment for individuals of all ages, empowering them to overcome challenges and achieve their mental well-being.

Rachel has also been skilled at conducting soft skills training for adolescents on communication, problem-solving, time management, emotional regulation, and more; in addition to psychoeducation sessions for adults such as positive parenting, non-violent communication, self-care, time management, and others.

- BA in Psychology at the American University of Beirut (AUB)

- MSc in Clinical Psychology at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK)
