Zeina Bou Dargham, MSc

Zeina is our licensed psychologist with extensive expertise in treating complex psychological cases across all age groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. She is particularly skilled in supporting individuals navigating multifaceted emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. In addition to individual therapy, Zeina provides specialized support for couples experiencing relationship difficulties, communication challenges, and sexual concerns. She helps partners rebuild trust, strengthen intimacy, and establish healthier patterns of interaction. Her therapeutic work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
