Bio

Sara Roukoz is our licensed clinical psychologist who provides evidence-based psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children. She is experienced in treating a wide range of psychological difficulties, including anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, eating disorders, PTSD, suicidal behaviors, relationship challenges, and neurodevelopmental disorders. Her therapeutic practice is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which she carefully adapts to meet the unique needs of each client. Sara is dedicated to offering a supportive, structured, and compassionate environment where individuals can work toward lasting emotional resilience and improved quality of life.
