Sabine is our licensed clinical psychologist and a member of the Lebanese Order of Psychologists (LOPSY), specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with distinction, with postgraduate specialization focused on complex cases with adults, children, and adolescents as well as couples, giving her advanced expertise across age groups. Sabine provides psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, and couples, addressing a broad range of mental health challenges. Her clinical experience includes treating anxiety disorders such as health anxiety and OCD, depression, mood difficulties, and other complex presentations. She is also skilled in couples therapy, supporting partners in navigating relationship difficulties, communication challenges, and interpersonal conflicts within a safe and constructive therapeutic space. Her compassionate approach is rooted in evidence-based care, offering patients a structured environment to explore their thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. Sabine’s mission is to empower individuals and couples alike with the skills needed to overcome challenges, strengthen resilience, and move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.
