Bio

Rebecca Coleman is our external collaborator therapist who provides evidence-based psychotherapy (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy – CBT) for adolescents and adults experiencing trauma-related difficulties, anxiety, depression, stress, and burnout. She trained at the University of Oxford and is currently completing doctoral training in Clinical Psychology. With over a decade of experience as a psychological therapist, Rebecca specializes in psychological trauma and complex PTSD. Her experience spans a variety of clinical settings, including trauma services within burns and plastics departments, mental health services, and specialist support for individuals affected by trafficking, displacement, and other complex traumatic experiences. Rebecca has extensive experience supporting frontline healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, surgeons, and medical students working in highly demanding environments. In addition to her clinical practice, she has taught on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy training programmes, supervised trainees, and contributed to several research studies focused on resilience, burnout, and psychological wellbeing. Rebecca is an accredited therapist with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and is dedicated to helping individuals build resilience, overcome challenges, and achieve meaningful psychological growth.
