Mia Daoud, MSc

Mia Daoud is a licensed Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about helping individuals navigate emotional challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is licensed by the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health, with membership in the Lebanese Order of Psychologists. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, providing psychological assessments and evidence-based therapy tailored to each person’s unique needs. Mia specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and has received advanced training in working with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma and PTSD, self-esteem difficulties, behavioral challenges in children and adolescents, and stress-related or adjustment difficulties. Known for her warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach, Mia strives to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel understood and empowered. She focuses on strengthening coping skills, improving emotional regulation, and helping individuals achieve meaningful and lasting change in their daily lives.
