Bio

Leila is our educational psychologist with a master’s degree in educational psychology – Tests and Measurements from the American University of Beirut (AUB). She specializes in conducting comprehensive psychometric neuropsychological assessments, including cognitive, achievement, memory, and career orientation evaluations. She is skilled at administering and interpreting standardized assessments ensuring that every evaluation is scientifically grounded and psychometrically accurate. Her scope of expertise includes working with neurodivergent children, adolescents, and adults including those with learning difficulties, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, as well as anxiety, and social-emotional difficulties. She is skilled at developing individualized recommendations that support holistic growth on academic, emotional, and behavioral levels. She is also highly proficient at communicating assessment results clearly and sensitively to parents and clients, helping them understand the findings and supporting effective collaboration on next steps. Leila has contributed to research on the psychological wellbeing of children affected by adversity in Lebanon. She is passionate about integrating evidence-based assessment tools with culturally sensitive approaches to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective interventions. Known for her collaborative spirit, analytical skills, and commitment to client wellbeing, Leila strives to empower individuals and families through a deeper understanding of cognitive profiles, strengths, and areas for growth.
