Bio

Léa Dib is a licensed psychologist who provides evidence-based psychotherapy (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CBT) for children, adolescents, and adults. She has experience supporting individuals with a wide range of emotional and behavioral difficulties, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, emotional regulation difficulties, and self-esteem concerns. She works closely with children and adolescents to strengthen emotional awareness, coping skills, and psychological resilience. Léa also has experience supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental and learning difficulties, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In addition to individual therapy, she works collaboratively with parents and families, providing practical guidance to help create supportive and structured environments that promote emotional wellbeing and healthy development. Known for her calm, compassionate, and structured approach, Léa is committed to creating a safe therapeutic space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered toward meaningful and lasting growth.
