Bio

Guadaloupé is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist holding a BA and MA in Clinical Psychology. She works with adolescents, adults, and couples, supporting individuals across a wide range of psychological and emotional difficulties. While she has a particular clinical interest in emotional regulation, attachment patterns, trauma, identity development, and eating disorders, Guadaloupé works with diverse mental health presentations and tailors treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. Her therapeutic approach is compassionate, structured, and insight-oriented. She is deeply committed to creating a safe and collaborative space where clients can explore the roots of their emotional experiences, understand recurring relational patterns, and develop healthier coping mechanisms. Guadaloupé believes that meaningful and lasting change begins with awareness and is strengthened through a strong therapeutic alliance. Currently advancing her training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy, she integrates evidence-based approaches to support clients in building emotional resilience, improving interpersonal functioning, and reconnecting with their authentic sense of self.
