In light of the ongoing efforts to promote mental health awareness among teenagers, Brainstation Clinics was proud to take part in the Café Psychology event organized by the Rotaract Club of Zahle Capitol, held at Brain Factory. This meaningful initiative brought together young minds for an open conversation around mental well-being, with a special focus on the impact of digital life. Ms. Sabine Sabbagh, delivered an engaging and interactive workshop on Social Media and Teenagers’ Self-Esteem, sparking thought-provoking discussions and valuable reflections.

As part of a remarkable initiative by JCI Beirut, Brainstation Clinics was honored to participate in Mental Health Day at Beirut Digital District. The event brought together mental health professionals, organizations, and advocates committed to raising awareness and breaking the stigma around psychological well-being. Representing Brainstation Clinics, Ms. Maria Kassar led an informative workshop on Common Mental Health Disorders, shedding light on key signs, symptoms, and support strategies. It was an enriching experience that emphasized the importance of education, dialogue, and collaboration in promoting mental health.

We are pleased to have had an impactful collaboration with Wellspring Learning Community. Ms. Pia Saliba from our team delivered a Psychological First Aid session for counselors, supervisors, and other members of the Wellspring community. The session aimed to equip them with practical techniques to better support children of all ages and teenagers during times of crisis. The discussions were highly engaging and the experience truly empowering.
