Course Description
Adolescence is a key stage in human development characterized by rapid physical, emotional, and social changes. During this period, teenagers experience new challenges as they navigate puberty, friendships, relationships, peer influence, and the digital world. Receiving accurate, age-appropriate sexual education can help adolescents better understand themselves, make informed decisions, and develop healthy, respectful relationships.
This 1.5-hour online training is designed for teenagers aged 13 to 16 years old and provides practical knowledge and skills in a safe, respectful, and age-appropriate learning environment.
The session will cover key topics, including:
- Understanding puberty, body changes, and emotional development
- Building skills for setting boundaries, understanding consent, staying safe online, and managing peer pressure
- Supporting healthy relationships, respectful decision-making, and knowing when and how to seek help from trusted adults
Participants will gain practical knowledge and confidence to better understand the changes they experience, communicate respectfully, make informed choices, and develop healthy attitudes toward themselves and others.
This workshop is designed specifically for adolescents aged 13–16 who want to better understand this stage of development, build healthy relationship skills, and navigate adolescence with confidence and respect.
