Adolescence is a critical developmental stage marked by physical, emotional, and psychological changes, yet many teenagers lack accurate, age-appropriate sexual education. Misinformation, peer influence, and discomfort in communication can lead to confusion, risky behaviours, or unhealthy beliefs about relationships and sexuality. This 1.5-hour online training introduces parents and caregivers to adolescent sexual education and provides practical tools to support open communication, address sensitive topics confidently, and guide teenagers toward healthy, informed, and respectful attitudes about their bodies, boundaries, and relationships.
