CBT for Phobias (ENG/AR) - Pre-recorded: CBT course (learn at your own pace)

Phobias are common anxiety-related conditions that often lead to avoidance and significant limitations in daily life. This course explores how Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) uses structured, evidence-based strategies—such as graded exposure and cognitive restructuring—to address the mechanisms that maintain phobic reactions. With attention to Lebanese and Middle Eastern cultural contexts, the course provides practical tools to reduce avoidance, challenge fear-based thoughts, and regain confidence and daily functioning.
