CBT for Anger Management - Upcoming Online Workshop on June 9, 2026

Anger difficulties often stem from maladaptive thought patterns, low frustration tolerance, emotional dysregulation, and ineffective coping strategies. Individuals may become caught in cycles of impulsive reactions, heightened irritability, or suppressed anger, which can negatively impact their relationships, work performance, and overall well-being. This two-hour online training introduces participants to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approaches for anger management and provides practical tools to identify triggers, challenge unhelpful thoughts, regulate emotional responses, and develop healthier ways of expressing and managing anger.
